First time ordering from Sherlock and Pages and I am very impressed. I recently became interested in nature and seasonal writing so I thought this store would be a great place to start. Shipping to America was amazing and all the books were packed wonderfully. No damage to any of them! So happy with my package and I will definitely be ordering again!!

A wonderful book that takes the reader along in the year of the hedge layer. Paul's book is well written and sets the scenes for the reader as each month rolls over. His description of his work, the landscape and his life experiences make this an enjoyable read.
The best kind of independent bookstore, in a beautiful location with a knowledgeable owner and staff! Luke is also an author and knows the subject of the landscape and pilgrimage so his books are well chosen and he enthuses about all of the genres he stocks - so you just want to buy them all! Simply but beautifully decorated the bookstore makes you feel very welcome to browse and to return.
Since discovering Sherlock & Pages I have ordered a number of books - the latest being Holy Places, a book I have been contemplating for a while. The delivery was efficient and the book safely ( and beautifully) packaged. I love the way you curate your selection and many of your suggestions have made it to my wish list.

I have purchased for Sherlock and Pages before and would recommend. You are dealing with real people that want to give great customer service. This time I purchased the tote bag in black. I have wanted one for ages and then they went out of stock as soon as I saw the, back in I bought one. The quality of the tote is great, very thick and sturdy. The design is exactly as the pictures show. Very happy with my purchase and the service. Delivery was fast and with now issues.

What a joy just to gaze at Instagram posts of book selections in this wonderful place, which I long to visit in real life. But I fear I should be unable to limit my selection of purchases according to my means... I would like more about the Author and nit just the key experience offered. I have just finished The Postal Paths and I'm afraid this was £12.00 too much for oft repeated sentiments.
