Little Cloud's Big Dream is a picture book that follows Re, a small cloud with big ambitions.

As Re gathers moisture and grows larger, she befriends a flower on the ground below, but then unexpectedly transforms into a thunderstorm, traveling far across the landscape before shrinking back down to her original size.
